Motherhood is amazing. But let’s be real—it’s also exhausting, overwhelming, and full of self-doubt.
No one tells you how lonely it can feel.
How the anxiety can creep in at 2 AM.
How hard it is to balance everything without losing yourself in the process.
What if you could finally stop questioning yourself and start enjoying this season of life?
You're exhausted, and every day feels like an uphill battle.
Anxiety hangs over you, making even simple tasks feel overwhelming.
You question every decision, wondering if you're doing enough or getting it right.
The weight of it all lingers and you're not as happy as you want to be.
Setting boundaries feels hard, and when you do, the guilt creeps in.
You love being a mom, but you also miss you—and you’re not sure how to get back to feeling like yourself again.
I'm Amy Swart, MSW, LICSW, PMH-C, licensed therapist and owner of Nurture Women's Therapy. I have devoted my work to supporting moms in pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
I'm a mom of three who experienced significant postpartum anxiety after the birth of my second child. When I was struggling, I didn’t know what was happening to me. Anxiety was overwhelming and each day was a struggle. I just wasn’t feeling like myself.
I was just surviving. I definitely was not thriving.
After, I shifted my focus to specialize in supporting, educating, and empowering moms so they wouldn't feel the overwhelm, shame, and loneliness I felt.
Through my work, I've identified the strategies that REALLY work to address the stress, overwhelm, anxiety, depression, and more that can hit in those early years when your kiddos are little.
Now I've packaged these strategies into one place:
The Nurtured Mama Program!
Be excited when you wake up in the morning, not dread what the day will bring
Feel less anxious and worried that you will make a mistake or something bad is going to happen
Know you are the best mom for your baby, even on your hardest days, and start trusting your gut
Feel less sad and isolated by finding a community of other moms
Be able to say no to others and stand by it WITHOUT feeling guilty
Feel more like yourself again and spend time on things that fill YOUR cup
You'll learn how to:
Stop being so hard on yourself—you’re already doing more than enough.
Say goodbye to mom guilt—because you deserve grace, not guilt.
Handle anxiety and those scary “what if” thoughts without feeling like a bad mom.
Break free from the overthinking spiral that keeps you up at night.
Deal with the noise, the chaos, and the moments that push you over the edge.
Create a self-care plan that actually fits your life (not one that feels like another to-do).
Ask for help in a way that gets a “yes” (without feeling guilty about it).
Set boundaries—and actually stick to them without the guilt trip.
A one-stop shop that conveniently provides the tools you need to feel the way you WANT to feel as a mom.

Is this online therapy?
No. While I teach many of the strategies and tools I use with therapy clients, the course is an educational, skills-based program and not a therapeutic intervention. It is not therapy and does not replace for one-on-one support.
Is this only for moms with babies?
No, not at all! The tools in this program are helpful throughout the stages of motherhood, no matter the age of your children. That's one of the reasons The Nurtured Mama is so helpful - you can take what you learn and apply it for years to come.
How much time does this take?
I get that you're busy! Each week of material has about 15-30 minutes of teaching videos. That's just one episode of your favorite show! There is a workbook to help you follow along and reflect as well. You can pause and resume the videos as often as you need.
Do I get to work with you?
YES! I hold Live Q&A Hours each week to dive deeper into examples and provide personalized advice. You're not on your own in this journey - I'm here for you!
What if I can't make it live?
You can submit questions ahead of time for me to answer during the Live Q&A Office Hours. I'll answer your question on the call, then you can watch the replay in the course when it's more convenient to you.
How long do I have access to the videos?
You have 14 weeks of access to teaching videos, as well as lifetime access to the private online community of moms in The Nurtured Mama.
